Subject: Dickens query

Can anyone identify and locate the following quotation, which
is attributed to Dickens?

"The sum of the whole is this: walk and be happy, walk and be healthy; the
best way to lengthen our days is to walk steadily and with a purpose."

This is obviously, if by Dickens, a gorgeous quotation to throw into
advertising walkathons.
